- Systematic analysis of user feedback, support requests and ratings to improve the after-ride user experience.
- Structured preparation of insights and delivery to the product team for data-driven product improvements.
- Second-level support and bug management including issue reproduction, prioritisation and coordination with software vendors.
- Independent fraud monitoring through analysis of relevant dashboards and continuous optimisation of fraud rules.
